Kelley Bean Company in Morrill, NE is seeking a Package Machine Operator (Full Time) to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment. You will maintain clean work areas, ensure accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with the team to meet customer specifications.

The role requires attention to detail, willingness to perform heavy lifting, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse. Prior forklift experience and basic mechanical skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and reliability in a warehouse setting.
• Forklift experience preferred for material handling.
• Mechanical or basic repair skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Good communication with team members and supervision.

Responsabilités

• Set-up of packaging equipment and operation during runs.
• Verify packaging component lot numbers and customer information on printing systems.
• Ensure case print integrity and bag fill weight checks.
• Operate case packer and monitor product quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness to prevent contamination and follow safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with Operators, Scheduler, Maintenance, and Supervision.
