Job summary

Korpack, a growing packaging solutions company in the western Chicago suburbs, seeks a Machine Operator to keep filling and packaging equipment running smoothly and to standard. You are the hands-on core of the line: when the machine runs efficiently and output is right, the plant wins.

This role prizes consistency, safety, and accuracy hour after hour. We run food-grade SQF production across two facilities and are investing in people, systems, and a 350,000 sq ft expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, packaging, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow SQF/GMP food-safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling and packaging equipment to standard.
• Perform basic quality checks and document results.
• Assist with line changeovers and end-of-shift cleanup.
• Report jams, defects, or unsafe conditions to Line Lead.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-grade work area.
