Responsibilities

• Train, lead and develop entry level Machine Operators.
• Develop production teams.
• Ensure training is done effectively and safety.
• Work safely at all times and follow Pratt Industries safety rules.
• Follow GMPs and quality procedures to prevent defects.
• Maximize equipment utilization and improve setup times.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and report hazards.
• Learn machine capability and drive efficiencies with minimal downtime.
• Cross-train on other machines and assist with job duties.
• Complete timely production, safety, quality, and status reports.
• Submit maintenance requests for repairs and upkeep.
• Adhere to schedule and assist with production optimization.
• Be willing to overtime as needed; support 24x7 operations.
