Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience with automated packaging or manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience maintaining packaging and process equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings required
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
• Proficient with CMMS and PLC-based diagnostics

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on packaging equipment and production lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC diagnostics to guide repairs.
• Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, calibrations, and setup to support production schedules.
• Maintain packaging equipment (fillers, labelers, conveyors, cartoners, palletizers, coding systems).
• Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, validation, and startup activities.
