Job summary

ID Logistics US is hiring a Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot and repair a variety of packaging equipment. The role requires proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and motor drives, and adherence to GMP/OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include routine inspection, detecting malfunctions, coordinating repairs, and maintaining accurate CMMS records for PMs, work orders, repairs and parts inventory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Industrial Maintenance in Food & Beverage or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems across automation equipment.
• Proficiency with HMIs, PLCs, and motor drives for basic troubleshooting or coordination with external programmers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical production equipment.
• Detect malfunctions and coordinate repairs across automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and OSHA; report noncompliance as observed.
• Manage time and complete tasks as directed by supervision.
• Use CMMS (Upkeep) for PMs, work orders, repairs and inventory.
