Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Lindenhurst, IL, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:00pm–1:00am). Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment to support packaging lines and product quality.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to improve OEE, perform preventive maintenance, participate in changeovers, and mentor others as needed. Overtime and weekends may be required; PPE and PAPR usage may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3-5 years related experience.
• Able to perform basic math and computer tasks.
• Strong reasoning, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports packaging lines with routine and non-routine adjustments.
• Collaborates with other departments to keep lines running efficiently.
• Performs preventive maintenance, changeovers, repairs, and adjustments.
• Analyze information to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training as needed.
• Drive improvements to equipment reliability and OEE targets.
