Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced Line Lead to supervise packaging operations across all shifts in our Minnesota facility. The role involves hands-on work on the production line, bagging, packing, palletizing, and ensuring adherence to the production schedule, quality standards, and safety policies.

You will train new staff, manage ERP data entries, coordinate with machine operators and maintenance, and optimize line performance.

Qualifications

Must have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Ability to train new employees and provide coaching.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to overtime including every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

Train new employees on GMPs, sealing, packaging processes.
Perform packing, bagging, and palletizing duties and cover breaks.
Enter and maintain production data in ERP system.
Set up and adjust packaging equipment for the line.
Monitor quality, weight, counts, and seals on finished products.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist with reporting and adherence to production schedules.
