Cardinal Staffing Services in Dearborn, MI is seeking an experienced Machine Operator/Line Lead for our packaging department. The role supports daily production, ensures quality, and leads teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Must have 2+ years in machine operation or line leadership. Able to work in cold, wet conditions; bilingual EN/SP is a plus. Day and night shift options with weekend versatility may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of machine operation and/or production line leadership experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to accurately complete digital and written production documentation.
• Comfortable using tablets, digital forms, and production systems.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a cold, wet manufacturing environment for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Operate packaging and production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Lead and support production team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Complete daily paperwork and tablet-based production reporting accurately.
• Monitor product quality and ensure food safety standards are maintained.
• Assist with troubleshooting minor machine and production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and GMP/food safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members throughout the shift.
• Support production flow and packaging operations as needed.
