Job summary

Manna Beverages is seeking a Production Lead to operate and monitor packaging equipment, ensuring efficient production and quality. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, basic computer literacy, and the ability to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced bottling facility.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and may have minimal prior bottling experience. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions.
• Demonstrates ability to meet productivity standards.
• Observes safety procedures and maintains clean work area.
• Must be computer literate and capable of following up.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
• Start machines and observe operation to detect malfunctions.
• Stop machines and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Clean Case Packer machines and glue system.
• Maintain a clean work area and replenish packaging supplies.
• Operate Case Packer, Hi Cone, and Stretch Wrap machines in Manual/Automatic modes.
• Set up and ensure proper operation of changeovers on coding and labeling machines.
• Document daily cleaning and inspection reports and communicate issues.
