Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a Pack Machine Operator I to manage the line operations, set up packaging equipment, perform pre-operational checks, and ensure product quality and safety in accordance with GMP, HACCP and SQF standards.

You will supervise line staff, coordinate with maintenance when needed, complete required paperwork, and uphold clean, organized work areas while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing setting preferred.
• Experience operating Form-Fill-Seal packaging machines.
• Ability to read labels, weigh products, and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up packaging lines and perform pre-operational sanitary checks.
• Inspect seal integrity, labels, and print quality per SOPs.
• Supervise packers and dumpers to meet production needs.
• Document lot numbers and complete required paperwork.
