Ventura Foods in Ontario, CA seeks a Line Operator to safely transfer product on the production line, oversee line activities, and assist the Supervisor/Foreman in meeting daily production goals.

You will operate filling and packaging equipment, perform light maintenance, train line staff, ensure correct labeling and case coding, and uphold food safety standards and GMP/FSMA requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lead others and exercise good judgment.
• Electrical knowledge helpful for line equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fill containers to customer specs (weight, labels, codes).
• Perform light maintenance and assist technicians as trained.
• Train line support on complete line functions.
