Job summary

Woodland Gourmet is seeking a Machine Operator to safely set up and run our production and packaging lines in a dry powder food environment. You will lead the line crew, monitor equipment, and ensure products meet specifications for weight, seal integrity, and appearance.

This role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of manufacturing equipment experience; strong GMP/HACCP knowledge, feed materials in a timely manner, and accurate line paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Machine operator experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years operating manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery.
• Lead the line crew and ensure on-time starts.
• Verify product quality and codes meet specifications.
• Report production activities and maintain line paperwork.
• Follow GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
