Campbell's is seeking a Line Technician to ensure safe, efficient production lines and lead setup/changeover activities. You will troubleshoot equipment, support PM efforts, and drive improvements while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include line KPIs, material inventory, machine operation, and collaboration with QA and maintenance teams. Prior experience in manufacturing and leadership will help you excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to lead and support team activities on a production line.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with production systems.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead line setup and product changeovers, identifying critical controls and potential issues.
• Provide daily production run sheets to packaging operators.
• Update production systems and KPI boards to communicate performance and goals.
• Maintain raw material inventory and communicate discrepancies.
• Set up and operate multiple packaging machines and clear jams to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot coding, dating, and pricing issues on packaging lines.
