Mykelly is seeking a Packaging Line Lead in Mount Prospect, IL to oversee daily operations on non-sterile liquid filling and packaging lines. You will lead a team of operators, verify line setup, ensure product quality, and maintain cGMP compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 10+ years in pharma, supplement, or food manufacturing, and hands-on experience with packaging and filling equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical, supplement, or food manufacturing.
• Experience with packaging and filling machinery.
• Knowledge of cGMP / GMP and manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to lead, train, and communicate with teams.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily packaging and liquid filling line operations.
• Verify line setup, product materials, and equipment before production starts.
• Monitor filling accuracy, cap torque, labeling, and product quality.
• Coordinate product changeovers, cleaning, and line clearance.
• Train new employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Complete production records, equipment logs, and cleaning documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, FDA regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
