Job summary

Korpack is a food-grade co-packer expanding in the western Chicago suburbs, seeking a Line Lead to own a production line and drive efficiency and quality on the floor. You will lead by example, ensure the line meets the daily plan, and focus on right product, right rate, and right first time.

You supervise operators, verify work orders and labeling, monitor hourly output against run-rate, and enforce quality checks.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in production/packaging with lead experience.
• Strong eye for quality and ability to spot issues early.
• Clear, calm communication with diverse crew.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run your line to the daily plan; direct operators and temp associates on the line.
• Verify work order instructions, components, and labeling before and during runs.
• Track hourly output vs. run-rate; adjust to keep pace.
• Perform and enforce quality checks; stop the line for conformity issues.
• Coach new operators on line standards and safe operation.
