Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Packaging Line Controls Tech at its Richmond facility. You will troubleshoot PLC and servo systems on case packers, shrink wrappers, and labelers, configure VFDs for speed control on packaging conveyors, and develop HMI recipe screens for line changeovers between product formats.

3+ years of controls experience on packaging machinery are required, with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley or Siemens) and servo/VFD configuration expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of controls experience on packaging machinery.
• PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
• Servo and VFD configuration experience.
• Knowledge of packaging line OEE metrics and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLC and servo systems on packaging equipment such as case packers, shrink wrappers and labelers.
