SIG Combibloc Group Ltd. seeks a Process Controls Specialist to manage electrical/electronic controls across injection molding, assembly, extrusion and bag making. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize equipment to meet production goals while ensuring safety and compliance.

Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and sales to implement improvements and support real-time performance tracking. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in manufacturing, strong PLC/HMI experience (Allen Bradley/Siemens),

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year AS technical degree or equivalent.
• Five (5) to Ten (10) years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a quality product is produced to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Support electrical/electronic controls specification and integration as part of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and train maintenance on electrical/electronic controls and develop stronger controls troubleshooting techniques.
• Provide electrical controls expertise in support of day to day manufacturing operations.
• Perform PLC and HMI programming in support of all departments.
• Install electrical controls devices/components for reliability and improvements.
• Develop accurate electrical schematics for controls projects.
• Coordinate with OEMs on controls specifications and documentation.
• Support engineering and maintenance on corrective actions for improvements.
• Design and support data acquisition for real time plant performance.
