Key Qualifications

• Proven experience (3-5 years) working with high-speed machines, automated equipment, and comprehensive PLC programming.
• Expertise in Allen-Bradley and Siemens platforms, including RSLogix 5000 and Jetter controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Programming, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of software design life cycle and ability to draft validation documentation.
• Proficiency in Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC (ControlLogix and CompactLogix), with HMI and SCADA system experience.
• Demonstrated ability to edit machine codes, test software parameters, and perform root cause analysis using advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Comfortable with 50-75% travel requirements; hands-on technical role demanding physical readiness to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to interact with clients and technical specialists.
