Job summary

Unilever in Savannah is seeking a Stretch Wrapper Controls Tech to maintain PLC and VFD controls on high-speed stretch wrapping equipment across our production and distribution campus.

You will configure wrap patterns for different pallet loads, troubleshoot film break sensors and turntable drives, and optimize containment force to ensure shipping stability. This role requires 2+ years of controls or automation maintenance experience and basic PLC troubleshooting and HMI operation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of controls or automation maintenance experience.
• PLC basic troubleshooting and HMI operation skills.
• VFD configuration for turntable and carriage speed control.
• Understanding of stretch wrap parameters (pre-stretch, overlap, containment).
• Consumer goods distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities
