Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring for a Packaging Line Operator at the Waverly plant. You will work on Packaging Line 20 on the 3rd shift (12 am – 8 am) with rotating overtime, performing quality checks and maintaining paperwork and sanitation.

You will support inventory, line operation, and continuous improvement while adhering to Nestlé QMS and safety policies. High school diploma preferred; English proficiency required; overtime possible.

Qualifications

• Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical to this role.
• Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
• Willing and able to stand on a frequent basis.
• Willing and able to work overtime.
• Willing and able to work various shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inventory consumptions and reversals.
• Quality checks.
• All associate paperwork and computer transactions.
• Housekeeping and general sanitation.
• Operate and control line equipment.
• Perform any other duties assigned to you by a supervisor.
