Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Production Tech to convert raw cannabis flower into a medicated product line. You will produce, package, and handle products while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities include inventory, compliance, and documenting methods, with daily use of Windows and a focus on timely goals. The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced facility, with emphasis on safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or inventory
• Able to work well in a group and independently; self-motivation and initiative
• Adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique
• Personal hygiene and health guideline compliance
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with various audiences
• Cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver on production goals with focus on safety and quality
• Produce product per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality standards
• Package product into proper containers with labeling to ensure compliance
• Ensure standards for processing procedures and laboratory protocols are followed
• Compliance with local and state regulations
• Adhere to quality control methods throughout process
• Document manufacturing methods and maintain records
• Electronically log packaged products in the state traceability system
• Manage time efficiently to meet goals while producing quality products
• Maintain clean and organized work area at end of shift
• Demonstrate basic organizational, communication, and Windows-based skills
• Use independent judgment regarding product processing with quality and goals in mind
• Create a positive environment with a proactive attitude
