Job summary

Idaho Pacific Holdings is seeking a Production Bagger Lead to ensure packaging quality and proper weights, seals, codes, and palletization. The role requires operating line equipment and making minor repairs, with oversight of bagging and inspection staff.

You will monitor weights, logs, and line changes, communicating with other shifts to resolve issues and maintain a safe, efficient packaging operation. The job is based in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Experience with packaging production is a plus.
• Safety-conscious with attention to quality.
• Able to stand for long shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load material into packaging equipment.
• Inspect containers and products for specifications with QA and operators.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Record packaging data and shift logs for traceability.
• Train and direct packaging staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in packaging areas.
• Collaborate with QA and other shifts on line changes.
