Job summary

Idaho Pacific Holdings is seeking a Production Bagger for a very physical, hands-on role. You will bag finished product, monitor scale readings, verify bag weights, and ensure correct bags and labels on every pallet.

The job requires lifting up to 70 pounds and standing for long periods in a fast-paced plant environment. Responsibilities include sealing bags, stacking on pallets per customer specs, inspecting labels and printouts, and complying with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write legibly in English.
• Ability to read scales and equipment used for weighing or measuring.
• Good attention to detail is required.
• Must closely follow operational instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Bag finished product and stack on pallets.
• Observe scale readings to ensure bag weight accuracy.
• Ensure correct bags, labels, and code dates are legible.
• Seal bags correctly and stack on pallets per specs.
• Report issues to Shift Manager and follow safety policies.
