Athletic Brewing Co. is seeking a Packaging Lead to run a shift on a beverage packaging line in Milford, CT.
You will oversee daily production goals, train new employees, and ensure procedures meet Athletic Brewing standards with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include operating advanced packaging equipment, improving processes for efficiency, maintaining OSHA-compliant safety, and directing the team during changes and breaks.

Production Leads are responsible for running a shift of employees and overseeing the completion of daily production goals. Leads must be fully trained on all machines and capable of completing all procedures and standards of the lines per Athletic Brewing standards with minimal supervision. Employees work in an industrial setting, and will be around machinery, loud noises, and moving forklifts. Production Leads are responsible for advanced CIP procedures, as well as proper data tracking and logging. Leads will be the main source of on-the-job training for new employees, as well as the first line of supervision for their team.
Who You Are
Schedule: 5x8 11 pm - 730am (Sunday - Friday)
Hourly rate: $27.50/hr
