Job summary

Athletic Brewing Co. is seeking a Packaging Lead to run a shift on a beverage packaging line in Milford, CT.

You will oversee daily production goals, train new employees, and ensure procedures meet Athletic Brewing standards with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include operating advanced packaging equipment, improving processes for efficiency, maintaining OSHA-compliant safety, and directing the team during changes and breaks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience on a beverage packaging line.
• 2+ years' experience with fillers and conveyance systems.
• High school Diploma/GED/registered equivalent.
• Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced equipment on a packaging line.
• Work to improve processes based on efficiency and minimize product loss.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA and company guidelines.
• Follow instructions and complete production adjustments based on changing needs.
