Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a capable team lead for our Sunnyside dispensary operations. You will supervise production tasks, ensure product quality, and coordinate with management on delivery schedules and PWOs. The role emphasizes leadership, precision, and adherence to safety protocols.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, strong detail orientation, and comfort with Windows-based software and POS systems. Training and benefits accompany a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring junior staff or new hires.
• 1–2+ years in factory, production or manufacturing settings with measurable goals.
• Strong leadership, eye for detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely and manage time effectively.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and using Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by Management.
• Detect errors and communicate issues to Supervisors.
• Measure, package, and label products as directed by Management.
• PWO creation and understanding of delivery schedules.
• Prioritize tasks based on PWO and lead & motivate team.
• Collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality.
• Staging, exterior packaging, reading reports.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure all functions meet quality and compliance standards.
