Cresco Labs is seeking a hands-on Lead/Packaging Supervisor for its Ohio facility to manage a fast-paced manufacturing line. You will lead a team, ensure accurate measuring, packaging and labeling, and maintain strict quality standards in a production environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and standards.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Proficient with Windows-based software; POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by Management.
• Detect errors and communicate issues to Supervisors.
• Measure, package and label products as directed by Management.
• Create PLF/POs and relate PWOs to production schedules.
• Lead and motivate team to complete tasks on schedule.
• Ensure product quality meets standards.
• Verify POs and attach manifests in Order fulfillment area.
• Maintain sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products between spaces.
• Operate or troubleshoot packaging automation equipment as needed.
