The role includes leading a team, operating automated packaging equipment, performing setup, changeovers, and quality checks, while tracking inventory and maintaining GMP conditions. Strong math, Excel, and regulatory awareness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degrees preferred.
• 2+ years packaging/manufacturing or inventory experience.
• Familiarity with packaging equipment and GMP basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of post-harvest packaging personnel.
• Operate automated packaging equipment for cannabis products.
• Set up, changeover, operate, and clean equipment per SOPs.
• Weigh and package products according to batch records.
• Apply labels compliant with regulations and company guidelines.
• Monitor readings, troubleshoot, and report malfunctions.
• Perform batch inventory tracking and log updates.
• Inspect final goods for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation throughout the packaging process.
• Maintain clean, safe, GMP-compliant work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety.
