Job summary

BreweryJobs.com is seeking a full-time Packaging Lead to oversee all packaging operations at our brewery. The ideal candidate will supervise canning, bottling, and kegging processes, ensuring production stays on schedule while maintaining quality.

The Packaging Lead will work closely with the Production Supervisor and Manager, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in a production brewery setting is required, with a focus on quality, safety, and local agriculture.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in a production brewery setting, 2 in packaging.
• Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application.
• Able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all packaging operations of the brewery.
• Lead the packaging team on canning, bottling, and kegging.
• Communicate directly with other departments on packaging needs.

Skills

Strong planning and organizational skills

Self-motivated

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong computer skills (MS-Word, MS-Excel, email, Google Docs, Basecamp)

Education

High School Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
