The role requires 3+ years on beverage packaging lines, 2+ years with fillers and conveyance systems, a high school diploma, and forklift certification. You will train others, enforce safety standards, and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of beverage packaging line experience.
• 2+ years with fillers and conveyance systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced packaging line equipment and supervise a shift.
• Improve processes to reduce product loss and increase efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA guidelines.
• Follow instructions and perform production adjustments as needed.
• Provide on-the-job training and supervise team members.
• Perform routine maintenance and update production logs.
