Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in a related field (Business, Management, Engineering, or Science).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management is preferred.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on packaging/labeling lines.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop your team's capabilities.
