TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Downline Operator in Cambridge, MD for the 2nd shift (2:45pm–11:00pm, Monday–Friday; weekends as needed). You will run a high-speed production line, ensure safety and quality, log downtime, and coordinate with maintenance.

The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits as part of a large private-label foods network. Responsibilities include operating conveyors, maintaining clean work areas, completing paperwork, and supporting line setups as needed.

Qualifications

• Follow safety policies (LOTO, safe knife handling, safe lifting)
• Follow quality, GMP, and PPE policies & procedures
• Maintain downtime log and report issues to supervisor
• Set up/monitor line equipment and conveyors
• Inspect materials and products for packaging specifications
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain product quality

Responsabilités

• Operate downline equipment and conveyors on the production line
• Maintain clean, sanitized work area and adhere to sanitation standards
• Submit work orders for repairs and document downtime
• Train and support team members as needed
• Assist with line changeovers and alternate equipment as required
• Participate in safety and quality checks during shift
