Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Packaging Inventory Manager in Denver, CO to oversee daily packaging operations and end-to-end inventory accuracy from production to sale. This role leads Leads, Supervisors, and a support staff, ensuring quotas, quality standards, and on-time fulfillment while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with state regulations.

Responsible for METRC data integrity, inventory audits, and coordination with Sales to ensure product availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in packaging/inventory, analytics or logistics
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack; Jira or similar tools preferred
• English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Background check and required permits may apply

Responsibilities

• Lead Packaging, Inventory and Warehouse staff; plan and direct daily work
• Coordinate packaging plans with Plant Manager; adjust to meet production goals
• Ensure SOPs, safety and compliance; maintain clean, safe work environments
• Oversee inventory control, METRC entries, and regulatory documentation
• Manage outbound packing, labeling, transfers, and order fulfillment
• Provide performance feedback and develop team members
