Qualifications

• Associate degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Packaging, Communications, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience supporting packaging graphics, artwork coordination, print production, graphic design, packaging development, or related functions.
• Experience in packaging, consumer products, manufacturing, printing, labeling, or product development environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat PDF and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging artwork projects from concept through final production and implementation, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.
• Gather artwork requirements, specifications, regulatory information, and supporting documentation for packaging updates and new product launches.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external design agencies, printers, and suppliers to develop, revise, and finalize packaging artwork.
• Review and proof artwork files to ensure accuracy, consistency, brand compliance, and approval readiness.
• Facilitate artwork review cycles by collecting and incorporating feedback from legal, regulatory, marketing, product development, and other partners.
• Track project status, approvals, timelines, and deliverables across multiple packaging initiatives.
