PIM Brands in New Jersey is seeking a Packaging Floater at the PIM – Level 3 to provide cross‑line staffing and operational support. This role leads line activities when assigned as a Tishma Operator and ensures safe, efficient production aligned with GMP and quality standards.

The position requires the ability to adapt to multiple packaging lines, coordinate staffing, and maintain documentation while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• English fluency required for work instructions, safety procedures, and supervisor direction.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Fill open operator positions across packaging lines to support staffing requirements.
• Perform operator responsibilities per SOPs and batch records.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple packaging line functions and equipment operations.
• Monitor line performance and ensure quality and safety standards.
