Job summary

PIM Brands is seeking a Packaging Floater to provide operator-level support across multiple packaging lines and act as a Line Lead when assigned to the Tishma line. You will help maintain production flow, uphold quality standards, and adapt to changing line priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• English fluency required, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding work instructions, safety procedures, quality documentation, and supervisor direction.

Responsibilities

• Fill open operator vacancies across packaging lines to support staffing requirements and business continuity.
• Demonstrate proficiency in multiple packaging line functions and equipment operations.
• Monitor line performance, product flow, and operational effectiveness.
• Support line startup, changeover, and shutdown activities.
• Ensure GMP, safety procedures, and quality documentation compliance.
• Communicate production concerns to supervision and escalate issues as needed.
