Job summary

You'll document records, perform basic troubleshooting, support shift handoffs, and follow 5S and GMP practices while following standard work and visuals. Prior manufacturing experience and ability to lift 50 lbs are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standardized work.
• Basic understanding of QC practices.
• Comfort with hand tools and basic computer/scanning technology.

Responsibilities

• Start up machines, set parameters, and tweak settings to elevate performance.
• Run molding, packaging, and related equipment by following standard work and visual instructions.
• Verify maintenance and production work meets food safety and quality standards.
• Complete records accurately and elevate quality deviations.
• Own safety by following procedures, 5S, housekeeping, and communicate issues promptly.
• Assist with shift handoffs and clear communication across teams.
