Job summary

Veritiv Corp is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to install, repair and startup packaging equipment at customer sites. You will follow blueprints, perform electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting, and ensure equipment meets manufacturer specifications.

Required 3+ years in field service, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel. High school diploma or GED preferred; remote work is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical drawings.
• 3+ years in a service/support role with field responsibilities.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record; some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and startup stretch wrappers, shrink wrappers, case sealers and related equipment.
• Support system integration with customers and suppliers to resolve machine issues.
• Perform tests and calibrations using blueprints and electrical schematics.
