Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science/Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech/medical devices with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record in equipment standards across multiple sites.
• Strong GMP knowledge, validation and change control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex equipment projects across packaging and MDCP spaces for NPI or changes.
• Manage capital projects including new packaging equipment and relocations.
• Serve as SME and provide troubleshooting for packaging network.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma, risk analysis and process capability tools.
