• Experience implementing equipment standards across multiple sites.
• Strong GMP knowledge and experience with validation & change control.
• Regulatory familiarity (FDA/EMA) and risk-based decision tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support complex packaging and MDCP equipment projects across sites.
• Provide technical leadership for packaging equipment design, development, and qualification.
• Support serialization strategies and site launch activities.
• Apply root cause analysis, FMEA, and process capability techniques.
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and quality standards.
