The internship offers mentoring, hands-on assignments, and exposure to leadership. Candidates should be enrolled in a BS program in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, and demonstrate

Qualifications

  • BS in Materials Science, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Mechanical/Material/Chemical/Electrical engineering skills.
  • Background with packaging materials and assembly processes is preferred.
  • Experience with PCG Design Software (Altium, KiCAD) is preferred.
  • 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about Advanced Packaging and Substrate Technology Development projects methodologies to help and improve the process.
  • Learn about Substrate Design Rules and Manufacturing Processes to foster and mentor.
  • Review Assembly and Marking diagrams to look for opportunities to improve.
  • Plan and execute Design of Experiments in support of project deployment.
  • Other minor activities related to documentation and continuous improvement (A3s - Lean).
