Qorvo, Inc. is seeking RFIC Design Engineer Interns in Greensboro, NC. You will work on cellular and Wi‑Fi RF circuits, from architecture through layout, using ADS, Cadence, and HFSS.

The role involves learning the IC design flow, presenting results, and collaborating with applications engineers. The internship offers mentoring, real work experience, and exposure to upper management, with the potential for full-time opportunities based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing B.S. (senior only), M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new and innovative RF solutions for cellular and Wi-Fi applications in 700 MHz to 7 GHz range.
• Architectural feasibility studies, design, simulation, and layout of RF blocks (PA, LNA, RF switch).
• Active/passive circuit design and linear/nonlinear RF simulations using ADS, Cadence, HFSS.
• Learn Qorvo IC design flow from schematic to final assembly.
• Present results and participate in design reviews with applications engineers.
