Boston Beer Corporation is seeking a motivated Environmental Health & Safety Co-op for a six-month on-site program at the Breinigsville, PA brewery. You will support environmental compliance, inspections, SOP development, and safety reviews in production areas.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, incident investigations, and helping strengthen programs to reduce risk and promote best practices across the brewery environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• Must remain enrolled after the co-op.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in environmental compliance and industrial safety.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in environmental compliance monitoring, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
• Support development and updating of SOPs related to environmental compliance and safety.
• Help with incident investigations and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote safety and environmental best practices.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement efforts.
