Qualifications

• 4 year/bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Production Operations Management and/or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in maintenance supervision
• Ability to manage and develop diverse teams
• Flexibility to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to support shifts, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability teams across the packaging department
• Develop technicians through training and development programs
• Support capital projects and plant productivity initiatives
• Apply lean methodologies to improve safety, quality, and line performance
• Ensure equipment maintenance aligns with specifications and KPIs
• Direct scheduling of maintenance tasks and perform tasks as needed
• Drive continuous improvements in packaging operations
• Maintain accurate reporting and administrative duties
