Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with TPM or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing with packaging processes or line support.

Responsibilities

• Drive a strong safety culture in packaging operations and adhere to safety responsibilities.
• Provide technical leadership for packaging process improvements and controls.
• Coach, train, and mentor packaging operators and maintenance technicians.
• Provide technical leadership and project management to improve packaging quality, equipment uptime, and line utilization.
• Provide technical leadership for packaging processes and equipment.
