Job summary

Owens Corning is hiring a TPM leader to steer safety excellence, deploy TPM across a multi-site insulation network, and drive productivity improvements. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, change management, and continuous improvement using TPM/JIPM methodologies.

The base salary ranges from $144,000 to $187,000 with the potential for up to 25% additional compensation for related qualifications and strong performance. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in TPM (JIPM) deployment and leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead for Safety Excellence: maintain safety focus in TPM, drive zero incidents, improve safety policies and standards
• Lead the Business TPM Network - 20%: build shared accountability, share best practices, mentor teams, drive global/regional goals
• Deploy the TPM Strategy - 40%: Facilitate initiatives, drive a Zero Injury/Zero Defect/Zero Loss culture, support root cause analysis
• Drive Manufacturing Productivity - 40%: develop strategies to improve performance across Insulation Operations network, monitor progress, set performance expectations
