Job summary

Owens Corning in Utah seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to establish and improve manufacturing processes, safely producing products that meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements at the lowest total cost.

You will lead process control, TPM-based practices, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce variability, improve productivity, and develop operator capability across lines. Reports to the Technical Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Working knowledge of process control, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain process recipes and standards.
• Apply statistical tools to reduce variation and improve performance.
• Improve yield, uptime, throughput, and cost performance.
• Lead trials and tests for new and existing products.
• Partner with Maintenance for reliability improvements.
• Develop operator and technician capability and training.
