Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Packaging Engineer to lead development and improvement of RV and Marine packaging ideas. You will plan, test, and implement packaging solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements.

The role involves executing packaging design, maintaining documentation, and staying current with packaging innovations. Local travel to suppliers may occur; work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required.
• 1 year of experience in a related packaging role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD software experience (Inventor/SolidWorks) and managing data libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging development projects for New Product Development and Legacy products.
• Support investigations into production issues and drive packaging improvements.
• Consult with vendors for packaging design and supplier audits as needed.
• Document ISTA testing results and packaging data for compliance.
