Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Packaging Engineer to join our Clark, NJ team. You will assemble packaging prototypes for consumer testing and help manage the development of new tooling to support innovative packaging solutions.

You will coordinate with Division, Operations, and Vendors to meet project goals, adhere to deadlines, and apply knowledge of packaging specifications, testing procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• 1–3 years of packaging engineering experience preferred in cosmetics or consumer goods.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office and CAD tools.
• Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble packaging prototypes for consumer testing to verify quality and functionality.
• Help manage development of new tooling for innovative packaging solutions.
• Coordinate with Division, Operations, and Vendors to meet project goals.
• Adhere to key project deadlines and push division efforts toward successful launches.
• Learn and apply packaging specifications, testing procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
