Job summary

Experis is seeking a Packaging Engineer to join the Packaging Development Department in Clark, NJ. You will support the Packaging Innovation Team and help deliver new packaging solutions with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in package engineering and development.
• Strong PC skills including MS Office, PowerPoint, CAD software; Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble packaging prototypes for consumer testing to ensure quality and functionality.
• Participate in managing the development of new tooling to support innovative packaging solutions.
• Coordinate with Division, Operations, and Vendors to meet project goals.
• Adhere to key project deadlines and push division efforts to ensure successful launches.
• Learn and apply knowledge of packaging specifications, testing procedures, and troubleshooting technical issues.
